Charmline Smart Cutting Board Review
Color Coded Boards & Knives
This cutting board system features four color-coded cutting boards and knives, and each has different features specific to that food type – raw meat, raw fish, vegetables, and cooked food. For example, the board for raw fish features a non-slip design to keep fish in place while cutting and prepping it to cook and the cooked food board features ridges on the side to easily grind ingredients.
The knives that come in the system are different sizes and are designed to handle different foods. These colors coordinate with each of the cutting boards.
Organizer & Storage
The great thing about this system is it’s a convenient way to keep your cutting boards and knives organized. It’s also dishwasher safe so you are able to clean it as a whole in your dishwasher! It’s around 9 pounds when fully loaded with each knife and cutting board but it’s slim so it takes up minimal space in your kitchen.
Self Cleaning
The best part about this system is that it is self-cleaning! Once you’ve prepped your food, all you have to do is rinse the board and knife off with water before placing it back in the system. Once the system is loaded, all you do is click the button on the front of the system to turn on the UV disinfection system.
