Welcome back to Blush & Camo! During this time of social distancing and staying at home I’ve been giving my self-care routine a makeover. This means learning how to give myself cute at-home manicures, shaping my eyebrows, and most importantly- taking care of my hair!
I truly consider my hair to be like a crown and one that I wear proudly. Since I’ve been highlighting my hair for almost five years, I try to extend my wash days to once a week. This way I am only putting heat tools on it twice a week. Once to blow dry my hair and once to give myself some beachy curls.
I’ve also had to take out my extensions during quarantine since I haven’t been able to go to a salon so I’m extra careful about the number of hot tools I put on my hair. I don’t want to damage my hair in any way and want it to look healthy!

I also love that the Waterl<ss Dry Shampoo is formulated without alcohol, parabens and sulfates. During my pregnancy I’m very cautious about the products I put onto my body and try to ensure they are all formulated without these ingredients.
The second product I’m absolutely loving is the Waterl<ss Heat Protect & Restyle spray. This is one of my favorite hair products ever. I’ve been using this spray for a few weeks and my hair feels so much healthier!
Simply shake and spray on your hair before you apply a hot tool and this spray will protect your locks up to 450 degrees. Waterl<ss’ heat protectant is also not formulated with parabens, alcohol, and sulfates!
Between these two products I’ve been able to extend my wash days, protect my hair against hot tools, and feel like I’m having a great hair day every day! I’ve been using their Instant Moisture Dry Conditioner as well. It refreshes the ends of my hair and smells amazing!
