RENTAL FRIENDLY KITCHEN UPDATE

I recently updated my kitchen with some rental friendly updates that I absolutely love! Below I am sharing three different ways you can make your kitchen feel more like your own!

-HOW TO CREATE FLOATING SHELVES FOR FREE:
To create the illusion of floating shelves that’s rental friendly, and won’t cost you a dime, is to simply remove the cabinet doors off of your kitchen cabinets. This took me about 5 minutes to do and it was super impactful.

– PEEL AND STICK WALLPAPER:
I added this peel & stick wallpaper from Spoonflower to the backs of my kitchen cabinets. Spoonflower is basically like the Etsy for textile goods! Peel & stick is very easy to work with, and doesn’t leave a residue on the wall or surface you are applying it to. To apply peel off the back of the wallpaper and use a small straight edge, like a credit card, to get out all of the air bubbles!

– CHANGING OUR LIGHT FIXTURES:
Changing out your light fixtures can be a very easy way to add a huge design impact into any space! I got mine from Target here!

  1. Do you happen to know what the type of countertop that is and the paint color of the cabinets?
