So I have recently let you all know (on Instagram @julianna_claire) that I am officially a personal stylist for Side by Style (click the link to see my profile!). Many of you have asked what that is, so I thought I would dedicate a blog post to write a little about it!

To start, Side by Style is a website where you can hire a personal stylist (most of them are style bloggers!). These stylists help you pick an outfit for a special occasion or to help you completely revamp your wardrobe! These stylists are everyday people who love to look amazing on a budget and are not paid by commission from the clothing you buy. There is one low hourly fee ranging from $20-$50 depending on the experience of the stylist (I charge $20 per hour). The stylists can meet you in-person, if you live in the same area they do, or online. Side by Style has locations broken down by state if you prefer in-person. Or you can choose anyone you like and they can pull items online!

Once you book a session you will get to talk to the stylist over the phone to talk about your personal style and what you are hoping to get out of the appointment. You can also cancel or change times within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This is the perfect platform to give you, the customer, a very flexible and stress free environment to grow your style.

For as long as I can remember I have been styling clothing. Whether it was myself, my little sister, or friends it didn’t matter so long as I was helping people feel more confident to go out and conquer the day (through clothes!). I love how one great outfit can change your entire mood and skyrocket your confidence. My mission is to help others look and feel great. That is ultimately the reason why I started this blog and Side by Style only helps to further my reach my goal in helping others through fashion!
