It is officially peony season and I could not be more happy about it:)! Peonies are my favorite flower and I love how their colors range from soft pink to bold pink. When they bloom they smell amazing and look so fluffy! I love all different types of flowers but the peony is hands down my favorite. As I was doing my weekly Costco run (is anyone else a member there?!) and I saw these beautiful flowers at a price that was unheard of so I snatched some up immediately! I am so glad I did because they make my kitchen smell amazing and are the perfect summer touch.
Moving onto this outfit, I wear just about anything eyelet in the summer. You can first see my love of this pattern in this post here from last week! When I saw this dress a few seasons ago at Francesca’s I knew I would wear this for many seasons to come. I actually bought this dress for Chuck’s Airborne graduation at Fort Benning and I paired it with a blue flower bauble necklace and some wedges! For today though I decided to wear my hair in a curled ponytail. I love having my hair out of my face ( I wear my hair in a bun five days a week so that is what I am used to!) and adding a light pink ribbon is the perfect touch to tie in the light pink peonies with this dress! I love how soft and feminine this look turned out. What do you think?! I would love to hear from you in the comments below. If you have a blog I love finding new blogger babes to follow so make sure you leave your URL:)
