This dress from Old Navy is so cute and comfortable (and it’s under $25!). I don’t usually wear body hugging dresses, but this one isn’t too tight. I love that aspect because this dress is tight enough to flatter a women’s figure, but not so snug it might as well be your second skin. This dress also isn’t short which is great because with a dress that is tighter you want length to balance out the overall look. I paired this striped ensemble with my pink lined tote and embellished sandals. The overall feel of this look is low-key chic. With a pattern that is relatively simple (such as this one) you could add a large statement necklace or vibrant bag, but I would keep the sandals neutral. What do you think of this look?! I would love to hear from you in the comments below:).

Thanks so much for reading!

  1. I love the pink stripes. Could this be dressed up for work with an unconstructed jacket or sweater, and flats? Or is the dress fabric too “t-shirty” to make that work? Love your blog…so many great ideas!!

    • This dress can absolutely be dressed up for work! I would wear an unstructured white blazer and some delicate gold bracelets, or you could just throw a sweater on overtop for those chiller mornings and have the dress look like a skirt!
