Ice cream is one of my favorite desserts (also in the top category are donuts and cupcakes)! On the day Savannah and I were shooting for the blog it was ridiculously hot outside so we decided to take an ice cream break (duh!). She recommended the CUTEST vintage ice cream parlor. I fell in love with the bold colors of the building and the retro feel of the little parlor. The building is order only so we got some ice cream and relaxed in the shade.

Since it was so hot out I tied a ribbon in my hair and threw on my favorite gingham dress! I love the navy color and the back is a button up! I totally felt like I was having a January Jones moment from Mad Men:) What do you think of this look?! Let me know in the comments below! I would love to hear from you:)

Thank you so much for stopping by Blush & Camo!

Dress- Francesca’s; Sandals- Old Navy, sold out but similar here and on sale!; Clutch- Gigi New York

    • Thank you gorgeous! I love doing food shoots because I get to eat all the food (or ice cream) I want. I LOVE January Jones so that compliment just made my day!
