How was everyone’s weekend?! I got to have Friday off work (yay three day weekend!) and Chuck just came home from a military school! He was gone for two weeks, which is super short in Army time, but I missed him so much and I couldn’t be happier he’s back home.

This look is what I call comfortable chic! This shirt has the feminine touch of stripes and a creme base color while the faux leather sleeves give this top more of an edge. Since the shorts are longer in length (boyfriend cut) the rips throughout the front of the shorts adds to the edginess in the shirt. Plus, the shorts are a dark wash allowing me to pair them perfectly with the shirt. To top off this look I added my Kate Spade purse and trusted Converse! What do you think of this look?! I would love to hear from you in the comments below! Happy Monday:)

Thanks so much for reading!

Shirt- J. Crew, old, similar here; Shorts- ASOS; Necklace- Kate Spade
