Crop tops are not a trend I’ve ever tried before. I have flirted with the idea, as seen in this post from Monday here. When I was in Francesca’s (my latest store obsession!) I saw this top and I loved how casual, yet classic this top was. I like the sheer white details and of course, the stripes! The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the crop top aspect. I am usually very covered up at work, so showing off anything other than my arms and a little leg was totally out of my comfort zone. This shirt was wayyyy to cute to not purchase- so I went for it! I paired this top with a higher waisted jean. I am pretty tall (find out exactly how tall in this post here!) and have a long torso, so crop tops usually show the better half of my stomach (not exactly my style). The high waisted jean was the compromise between trying a new trend and also staying within my comfort zone! I bought these sandals majorly discounted from the Piperlime sale and am so happy I did. I have been looking everywhere for a great pair of embellished sandals. When I found out the sandals were blush colored (which is kind of my thing!) I put them into my virtual cart immediately!

I hope you all are having  great week, and thank you so much for stopping by! Make sure you leave a comment below, and if you’re a blogger babe I love following new blogs so leave your URL!
