I have never owned a maxi dress until this season (I know, why did I take so long to jump on the bandwagon?!). For some reason I always thought I couldn’t pull off a maxi dress but for the sake of style blogging I decided to try on a few and see how it went. Needless to say I am so happy I went for a clothing item outside my comfort zone!  I love how this dress blows in the breeze and has a subtle pattern that’s not to in your face. I feel super chic when I put on this maxi and can’t get enough of the lace detailing on the top of the dress! I decided I wanted to wear a higher heel because I didn’t want to risk having this dress drag on the ground, but a bright flat would also look amazing. What do you think of this dress?! I would love to hear in the comments below!

Thanks so much for reading!
